As an HR Intern, you’ll help us welcome new talent, support our workforce, and strengthen the employee experience across the company. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to both recruiting and HR operations while contributing to a workplace built on excellence, curiosity, accountability, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Help create a smooth, welcoming start for new hires by coordinating first-day details and tracking onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing applications, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks and screenings.
  • Keep communication flowing between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring everyone stays informed and supported.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking records to keep our hiring process running efficiently.
  • Contribute ideas and content that highlight our culture and help attract great talent.

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain organized HR files, onboarding checklists, and assist with basic reporting to support consistent, reliable processes.
  • Support timecard management by helping ensure employees and managers complete edits and approvals on schedule.
  • Assist with employee recognition efforts, training coordination, and other development activities that help our people grow.
  • Support new hire benefits enrollment and help employees navigate available resources.
  • Assist with tracking leave requests and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in HR projects that improve processes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.
