Job Description

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports, briefs, and presentations for executive level meetings and events.
  • Coordinate use of facility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison with building management and facilitate effective communication for all office maters.
  • Assist occupant personnel with planning, preparation and execution of customer related engagements as needed.
  • Train new employees on office protocols.
  • Work with senior management to improve office operations and procedures such as emergency response protocols and conference room use policies/ procedures.
  • Maintain seating chart, enforce security protocols, and attend to procurement and supply needs of the office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance or eligible to obtain Secret Clearance.
