What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one care in patient homes 
• Evaluate needs and create personalized treatment plans 
• Educate patients and families 
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function 

Requirements

What You Need

• Active PT license (Georgia) 
• Accredited PT degree 
• CPR certification 
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
