Job Description

Works directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to support high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping translate leadership priorities into actionable plans while driving cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO in managing strategic projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Conduct research, analysis, and build materials for executive decision-making (e.g., presentations, memos, board content)
  • Assist in tracking key priorities, goals, and operational metrics
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and execution on critical initiatives
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings, partnerships, and investor communications
  • Identify process improvements and support implementation of operational efficiencies

Hourly Rate: $20.00

20 hours a week

Critical Response Group was formed with one purpose: to make the public safer through leveraging the hard-fought lessons learned by the United States Military Special Operations community during the global war on terror. We accomplish this primarily through the development of Collaborative Response Graphics– visual representations of text-based emergency response plans that transform difficult to use written plans into highly-usable, geospatially accurate SMART visual planning and response tools. Critical Response Group facilitates tabletop and full scale exercises that put your Collaborative Response Graphics and emergency plans to the test.
