Looking for an exciting new career in a past paced environment with the potential to grow. A large apartment community located in Virginia Beach off Centerville Turnpike is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong customer service and organizational skills. We are eager to train the right candidate. This position may float to other properties in the Virginia Beach area. The Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. Are you self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude?
