We provide skilled nursing, advanced wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and medical social worker for homebound individuals for treatment and recovery after an accident, surgery, stroke, illness, injury or other disabling event. We also provide Home Health Aides for live-in, overnight & daytime long term senior care in the home. Aide services can include personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders and car transportation to appointments and social activities. Half of all individuals discharged from the hospital require additional care, treatment or rehabilitation. The problem is that care is often not coordinated and it’s divided among many different providers. The client and their family are left bewildered dealing with various people. They just want to get home and feel better. We make the process smoother and less worrisome by integrating all home healthcare services from one company.
