Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, 1 hour lunch. 

Job summary/Objective of Job:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. The Grounds Keeper will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and assist with various cleaning, organizing and maintenance tasks.

Summary of essential job functions

• Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping around the facility.
• Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and parking areas.
• Snow removal, shovel, salt and plow snow
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of outdoor equipment and tools.
• Organize, paint and clean inside/outside of facility 
• Perform routine inspections of the grounds to identify and address any issues.
• Support the Maintenance Manager with other tasks and projects as required.
  
  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred).
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, Hilo and other landscaping and snow removal equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
