About the Role

Start building your engineering foundation as a Summer Engineering Intern. This role is designed for students who are eager to gain real-world exposure to engineering work.

You’ll support basic engineering tasks such as organizing drawings and assisting with drafting, while learning directly from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scan, organize, and maintain engineering drawings and documentation Assist with basic drafting and updates to technical drawings using CAD software Support engineers with simple documentation and administrative engineering tasks Help ensure accuracy and organization of engineering files and records Participate in team meetings and observe engineering projects and workflows Ask questions, learn processes, and actively engage with team members

Required Qualifications

Completed at least one year of a college degree program in Engineering or a related field Interest in engineering design, drafting, or manufacturing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take direction Basic communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Introductory exposure to CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) through coursework Familiarity with basic engineering or technical drawings (not required) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
