We’re seeking an Office Coordinator / Studio Assistant who will play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our studio. What You’ll Do Studio Operations & Administrative Support
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages, shipping, and courier services with efficiency and care.
Studio Experience & Hospitality
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain the visual and functional quality of reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
  • Oversee kitchen organization, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and aligned with the studio’s standards of excellence.
  • Empty dishwasher and maintain the refrigerators clean and organized.
  • Help manage and maintain the studio’s working spaces so they remain clean and tidy.                                                                             
Events, Engagement & Culture
  • Coordinate internal meetings, studio events, and social gatherings that foster collaboration and community.
  • Organize Lunch & Learns with industry partners.
Office Logistics & Coordination
  • Manage ordering of office supplies, groceries, and studio essentials with attention to quality and sustainability.
  • Process expense reimbursements.
  • Serve as a liaison to building management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary Range Information

We additionally review our pay practices, conduct pay equity audits, and ensure our managers are trained in our pay practices on an annual basis. At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position in DC is between $63,000 and $70,000.
