Job Title: Parts Washer

Job Description: Cleans/degreases a variety of components. Inspects work using visual inspection to ensure cleanliness and no physical damage to components. Prepares, maintains and properly disposes of hazardous solutions according to RCRA guidelines. Makes minor repairs to equipment and performs regular maintenance/cleaning of aqueous degreasing bath line. Receives directions from the Chemical Operations Manager and/or the Mechanical Components Manager.

Qualification Requirements: Basic math and reading skills. Ability to understand and implement safe chemical handling practices. Safety and following directions exactly are extremely important. Extended periods of standing. Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
Working Environment: Works with hazardous substances (degreasing agents, flammables, acids/caustics). Must wear protective eyewear, clothing, boots and other personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour plus incentive
