Call Center Representative - Full-Time Onsite

Your Role: Medical Call Center Representative

Work directly with consumers to resolve medical billing matters through professional negotiation and communication:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Account Resolution - Contact consumers to negotiate payment in full, settlement options, and payment arrangements
  • Strategic Negotiation - Review account information and ask probing questions to understand consumer situations and overcome payment objections
  • Skip Tracing - Execute verbal skip tracing procedures to locate consumers, including gathering updated contact and employment information
  • Documentation - Maintain accurate records by updating consumer information, call results, and detailed notes in our system
  • Professional Communication - Leave compliant voicemail messages using mandated scripts
  • Regulatory Compliance - Strictly adhere to HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, PCI-DSS, and all Federal and State Consumer Protection Laws
  • Performance Standards - Meet and maintain established KPI (Key Performance Indicator) levels

Work Environment & Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time (based on staffing needs)

Environment:

  • Climate-controlled office setting
  • Assigned cubicle workspace
  • Primarily sedentary role (95% seated)
  • Occasional light lifting (under 5 lbs)
  • Building has stairs to access different areas
