Location: Fresno, CA (on-site)
Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer I to support technical execution and documentation across multiple engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.
This entry-level role assists in preparing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards. The Project Engineer I collaborates closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production teams to coordinate tasks, track deliverables, and support on-time project completion.
Strong attention to detail, foundational engineering knowledge, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Assist with customer and internal project requirements
Prepare drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation
Support testing and basic validation processes
Coordinate engineering tasks with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production
Track engineering deliverables and maintain action logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements
Adhere to the organization’s Code of Conduct, time and attendance standards, and all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
Experience:
1–2 years of engineering experience
Basic understanding of CAD systems
0–2 years of FEA experience
Preferred Certifications:
Engineer in Training (EIT/FE)
SolidWorks Associate
Coordination and collaboration
Technical communication
Documentation accuracy
Problem-solving and sound judgment
Application of engineering principles
This position operates in a manufacturing environment. Routine use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and ear plugs, as needed.
