ABOUT THE JOB

  • In Elizabethtown, we take pride in our specialized production of Polyurethane and Thermoplastic Polyurethane belts, serving both the general industrial and personal mobility markets, including motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles.
  • Our process begins with raw materials, and utilizes our operators to perform key actions to craft high quality belts. When finished, our belts are finished with the Gates logo, ready to be shipped to our valued customers around the world. 
  • A Production Worker will spending most of their workday performing a range of functions including building, injecting, demolding, cutting, and packaging of products.  In addition, workers are expected to monitor machine gauges, ensuring quality control, and always prioritizing safety in a cooperative and considerate work environment.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

ABOUT YOU 

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work ANY shift
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
  • Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
