We are looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who seeks more than just a paycheck.
This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.

- Pay range of $16 to $24 per hour: includes base pay and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties.
- Tools Provided: all necessary tools and products are provided.

- Experience working with your hands: experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby.
- Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
Duties (in the field daily):
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area
- Creatively problem-solve repairs
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step process
- Employ each tool in your custom toolkit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
