We are a fast-growing, nationally backed roofing and exterior company serving South Jersey. As a young company, we’re expanding quickly and need a driven sales professional who wants to take ownership of their success and income.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate your own leads through door knocking, networking, and referrals 
• Run in-home sales appointments across South Jersey 
• Perform exterior inspections (roof, siding, gutters) and identify homeowner needs 
• Document findings with photos, notes, and clear reports
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and window solutions 
• Close deals and manage projects from start to finish 
• Attend local networking events and build community relationships 
• Represent a trusted national brand in the community 

What You Bring:

• Strong work ethic and self-discipline  
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset 
• Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face prospecting 
• Strong communication and closing ability (or willingness to learn) 
• Ability to travel throughout a large service area 
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation:

•  100% commission-based 
•  Realistic earnings: $80,000–$200,000+
