Quality Control Inspector I

Location:  7280 Union Centre Blvd, West Chester, OH  45014

Work Hours:  7am - 3:30pm, M-F

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of components and materials to ensure they meet quality specifications
  • Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to production staff
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and communicate results to management
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures
  • Verify that production processes comply with internal and external quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product reliability and quality
  • Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality best practices  

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality control preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Good shop math skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
