Job Description

We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, high energy, and detailed orientated Meal Orders Desk Associate to join our team in our New York.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain professional communication across departments and distribute airline catering operational information as needed
  • Coordinate with airline stations regarding flight schedules, passenger counts, and meal orders
  • Provide accurate production and flight data to operational and production teams
  • Generate and distribute production forecasts, delivery plans, and operational reports
  • Maintain and update airline passenger information within company systems
  • Support daily production planning for fresh, high-quality food items
  • Communicate and coordinate operational tasks with multiple departments
  • Attend meetings with production and operational teams to support planning and problem-solving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics-related role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of MS Navision, AirVision, and SITA is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and customer service
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature environments
