Iron Steed Harley-Davidson – Vacaville, CA

Iron Steed Harley-Davidson is seeking an energetic, customer-focused sales professional to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about motorcycles and enjoy helping people, this is your chance to turn that enthusiasm into a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional experience
  • Help clients find the right Harley-Davidson motorcycle for their lifestyle
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to delivery
  • Set appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate demo rides and build lasting customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales experience (motorcycle/powersports preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable with phones, texting, and CRM systems
  • Motorcycle license preferred (or willingness to get one)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends

What We Offer

  • $50,000 – $85,000/year (base + commission)
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
