The Role The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative, office, and coordination support to the Human Resources team and corporate office. This role supports daily HR operations, onboarding, communications, office management, events, and safety initiatives while contributing to a positive employee experience and strong company culture. Key Responsibilities Include:  Administrative and Office Support Provide general administrative support for senior leadership Support pre hire candidate processing activities Maintain and organize personnel files in compliance with retention standards Update and maintain data within company ERP  Corporate Office Support Manage breakroom, including signage, posters, appliances, inventory, and organization Order office supplies and management of related vendors Coordinate mail pickup, sorting, and distribution Serve as building liaison for office related needs and issues Finance and Systems Support File and organize MSAs Provide support for executives, including expense and system assistance Provide administrative support to the Finance department Meetings and Events Coordinate meetings, including food orders and reservations Manage town hall reservations and logistics Administer employee recognition awards Manage SWAG vendors and inventory Support corporate culture initiatives and company events Safety and Community Serve as fire warden and safety liaison for the building Coordinate community service initiatives and track volunteer hours Communications and Onboarding Support drafting, formatting, and distribution of internal communications Assist with onboarding new employees Provide onboarding support through emails, presentations, and new hire communications Update and maintain slide and visual content across breakroom monitors in partnership with IT What We're Looking For  Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent administrative/HR experience  Prior experience in office administration, HR coordination, or corporate support  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively  Professional communication skills, both written and verbal  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office systems  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion What We Offer:   💰 Competitive Salary 🏖️ Benefits: 401K Matching, HSA employer contributions, paid maternity/parental leave 🚀 Growth: Tuition Reimbursement, Career Paths, Internal Promotion Opportunities 🎉 Perks: Quarterly company paid volunteer opportunities, robust PTO plan, team events
