Position, Purpose & Scope:
The Technician Intern will assist the production operations team in supporting day-to-day manufacturing and assembly activities. This role focuses on hands-on technical work, ensuring components and systems are built, tested, and prepared in line with operational requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production builds, including assembly, integration, and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with preparing materials, tools, and workstations for manufacturing activities
• Perform routine inspections and functional checks on components and systems
• Help execute test procedures and ensure equipment is set up correctly
• Track, record, and report production and test data accurately
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to maintain workflow efficiency and product quality
  

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in hands-on production, assembly, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated interest in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Submission does not guarantee placement
• Confirmed NEGATIVE results for drug and alcohol testing in compliance with 14 CFR Part 120 and 49CFR Part 40.

Internship may be full-time or part-time and are designed to provide hands-on experience, meaningful project work, and exposure to real-world programs in a collaborative, professional environment.
