Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm 

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide administrative support to Managers and/or Senior Managers. The Administrative Assistant works closely with management staff to maintain a current understanding of business trends, goals, metrics, and policies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support all administrative duties for Manager/Senior Manager under general direction.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Design and maintain databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings.
  • Assist with meeting presentations, including PowerPoint and other materials.
  • Handle confidential and proprietary materials.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with 0--2 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database entry, report generation, and data compilation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.
