Job Description

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for assistance with controlling and ordering of golf car parts. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Full Time, Onsite Position

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store golf car parts.
  • Verify accuracy of delivery receipts for quantities received vs. quantities on back order.
  • Gather and deliver parts for a specific job to the mechanic.
  • Scan parts to a specific customer or display.
  • Assist with the warranty claim process.
  • Communicate with other department leads/supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of area.
  • Attend all service team meetings.
  • Participate in continuing education sessions when offered.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read/write and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must remain professional, responsive, and cooperative always and consistently produce quality work while meeting deadlines.
