This position is responsible for the physical condition of the property and grounds, as well as installation of plant material on the community grounds.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintaining the physical condition of common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, debris-free, and top-quality environment
• Assisting service team with requests to ensure service requests are handled in a timely manner
• Complies with company safety policy at all times
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills

  PERSONAL QUALITIES:

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong initiative

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• High school diploma preferred
• Able to work flexible scheduled when needed

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS   Regularly reach overhead; be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and squatting for extended periods of time; be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds.   WORK ENVIRONMENT  

• This position is regularly exposed to varying outdoor weather conditions. You may also periodically be confined to a vehicle.

• Occasional exposure to grounds maintenance chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and ice melt.
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels from tools, machinery, and equipment.
