    Job Description

    • Lead aquatic classes, ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants.
    • Design, plan, and implement fitness and well-being programs tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
    • Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics, yoga, and other forms of physical activity suitable for seniors.

    Hours and Compensation:

          🌟Full-Time Position

          ⏰Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:00pm

          💰Pay:  $20.50/hour

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred. Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is highly desirable.
    • Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certification-OR willing to get certified.
    • Proven experience in leading exercise classes, particularly in a senior living community or related setting preffered
