UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse to help support the Comprehensive Recovery Services (CRS 10th Floor) Department for its Oakland location. The CRS unit on the 9th floor is a 24-bed unit which provides comprehensive specialized services to individuals diagnosed with suffering from Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, and related psychotic illnesses. This position will work day/night rotation, with three 12-hour shifts.
GN level candidate starting rate $35.75 (BSN $37.25).
Starting rate may be increased commensurate with previous nursing experience.
**Sign on bonus up to $15,000!**
Responsibilities:
*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
