Quakertown Veterinary Clinic (QVC) is seeking compassionate and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Small Animal Reception team!

What You’ll Do

As a Small Animal CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an important part of keeping the hospital running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing service information
  • Greeting clients and updating patient and client records in the system
  • Scheduling appointments and managing check-ins and check-outs
  • Monitoring the reception area and staying aware of patient flow and conditions
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments after services
  • Performing over-the-counter sales of specialty diets and merchandise
  • Handling mail, email, filing, and general clerical tasks

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Night shift coverage needed in the Small Animal Department
  • Weekend rotation, select holidays, and on-call shifts are required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception (required)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • A professional, positive, and calm demeanor
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced veterinary setting
  • Ability to Maintain a professional presence, including communication, appearance, and conduct

Physical Requirements
