The Role

In connection with the continued growth of the firm, we are seeking summer analysts to join our investment team. Each position will be an in-person, full-time 10-week internship in New York City starting in June of 2027.

What You’ll Do

The intern role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding growth equity platform in a high-impact and high-responsibility position. The intern will play a key role in researching and analyzing potential investment opportunities.

Representative activities include analyzing prospective investment opportunities; supporting Long Ridge portfolio companies; researching thematic sector theses; conducting deep dives of subsectors; using databases to surface new potential companies; conducting outreach to prospective companies. Interns also participate in all team-wide meetings, including weekly deal meetings / investment committee meetings.

Additional Details

Per NYC regulations, compensation range: $100k-115k annual salary pro rata for the term of the program.
