Position Overview: The Content Development Intern supports the development of high-quality collateral across RELI’s service and solution portfolio. This role focuses on researching, shaping, and producing content that clearly communicates the value of RELI’s offerings to clients and stakeholders. Each month, the intern will contribute to a focused effort on a specific solution area, helping to build a library of polished, reusable materials. This internship provides hands-on experience aligning concepts across business, technology, and communications. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), contribute to structured content development cycles, and gain experience translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. Responsibilities: Develop solution-focused collateral (e.g., one-pagers, briefs, presentations, web content) Conduct research on solution areas, industry trends, and client needs Support SME interviews and synthesize insights into structured content Write, edit, and refine materials for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment Manage content development workflows aligned to monthly focus areas Contribute to messaging that highlights business value and differentiation Qualifications College sophomore, junior, or senior or higher in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business, marketing, public policy, information systems) Must reside in a HUBZone (check eligibility here) Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to research and synthesize complex information into clear content Interest in technology, data, or AI concepts Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience creating structured content (reports, presentations, articles) Writing samples or portfolio helpful Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) Curiosity about emerging technologies and their real-world applications EEO Employer: RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
