About the Role
We’re looking for a Summer Accounting Intern to join our team and support day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their academic career who wants to gain hands-on experience and learn how an accounting team operates in a real business setting.You’ll work closely with our team on a variety of projects—from reconciliations to cleaning up financial data—and gain exposure to tools like NetSuite.

You'll get real-world accounting experience in a supportive environment. exposure to tools and systems used by professionals, and plenty of opportunities to learn and ask questions.

• Help with basic tasks in NetSuite, including entering and reviewing transactions
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support the cleanup and organization of accounting records and job data
• Use Excel to track and review financial information
• Assist with general accounting tasks and special projects, as needed
• Help maintain accurate, well-organized financial data

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic Excel skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets)Strong organization and time-management skillsPositive attitude and ability to work with a team
• Any exposure to accounting coursework or financial concepts
• Experience with Excel and/or data analysis
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other accounting software
