Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Recruiting Department
  • Learn how to execute the recruiting process for assigned open requisitions
  • Learn how to be a recruiting partner with experience in supporting all business units
  • Shadow Sales, Manufacturing, Corporate, and Regional Recruiters
  • Source passive candidates from various pools of talent
  • Develop and execute candidate search strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Build knowledge with ATS (SuccessFactors) and various job boards
  • Strong focus on metrics to help drive organization and recruiting efficiency, improve key processes, and make determinations to enhance the team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Be in enrolled in college and pursuing a degree, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, human resources, or a related business program.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Applicants must be able to work 40 hrs. through Summer and then Parttime through Fall and Spring Semesters out of our New Bremen, Ohio office
