Job Description

Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus

Utilize your organization skills and livestock knowledge to ensure our feed mills are running smoothly and efficiently. As a Feed Mill Operator, you will:

  • Oversee the manufacturing of feed and complete the required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to meet compliance standards
  • Keep the flow of feed running efficiently by weighing ingredients ahead of time, maintaining bin levels, and performing upkeep and maintenance
  • Work with the rest of the feed team to assist in the warehouse, deliver feed, and provide quality customer service
