Intern – Content Marketing

Job Summary:

You will assist in creating٫ improving, planning and maintaining social media and content with the goal of achieving business goals, optimization, brand consistency and to continue to build the company a strong social media presence as well as aid in business development via social media marketing.

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to coordinate and help oversee our various digital mediums and own all of our social media platforms.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable٫ refined skills in creative and writing. You should be detail oriented, able to work proficiently under pressure, and look to get the job done no matter what! Grow with a growing company!!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Social media management

• Idea and content creation for agency

• Be outgoing! Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content fresh

• Project management

• Provide metric reports which include insights to optimize marketing efforts

• Responsible for designing and implementing company's digital media plans and strategies – both long- and short-term plans/strategies

• Creating & maintaining social media ads

• Keep content team on board with a calendar, meeting deadlines and staying ahead of trends

• Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors

• Graphic design and creative artistic support 

• Video editing and creation support

• Marketing, sales and workshop data support, review, and collaboration

• Other specifically assigned tasks on marketing projects 

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of related experience

• Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.

• Proficient with key digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe, and both Microsoft and Apple products.

• Solid foundation in SEO and social media platform management.

• Creative and adaptable, able to tailor content for diverse audiences.

• Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.
