 LPN - Day Program

Location: Woburn, MA
Schedule:  35 hr/wk    Monday - Friday 8:30am -3:30pm

Salary: $30.00 -$35.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00

About the Job:  The person in this position will assist all program participants with any health care needs and/or issues related to health care treatment within the NuPath program. This person will assist in providing direct care services, as well as assisting and educating individuals to understand their health care needs to the best of their abilities.
 
Essential Skills:  This person will be responsible for the medications distributed to program participants. This person is also responsible to provide all emergency first aid to anyone in need and should be flexible with schedules. Must be able to successfully relate, teach and further develop skills with the people served, engage positively with members of the household, their families, and Team members. Must respect and implement the NuPath Mission. The person in this position must be able to read, write and speak English, monitor and ensure the safety of individuals, and act in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times. Must have experience using computers. Must adhere to all established NuPath procedures.
 
Education/Experience Requirements: Current LPN License and one year experience working as a nurse in a community health setting.
