Reports to: Communities Leader
Location: Appleton, WI, Kaukauna, WI, & New London, WI
Pay:18+

What You’ll Do (and Rock at!):

• Be the clean team champion: Own the look, feel, and freshness of your assigned properties—making sure common areas and shared spaces shine.

• Deep clean pro: Dive into detailed cleanings that elevate our spaces to world-class standards—think spotless floors, gleaming surfaces, and fresh scents.

• Routine superstar: Keep laundry rooms, hallways, and entryways looking their best with consistent weekly cleanings.

• Smell matters: You know that clean isn’t just what you see—it’s also what you smell. You’ll keep spaces fresh, inviting, and pleasant.

• Property-hopper: Travel between multiple properties to ensure all residents experience the same high standard of cleanliness.

• Think like an owner: Take initiative when something’s off—don't wait to be told, just jump in and make it better.

• Detail detective: You spot fingerprints on glass and dust on vents—and take action fast before anyone else notices.

• Pitch in when needed: While cleaning is your focus, you're open to helping with special projects or tasks that support the larger team.

• Connect with residents: Greet with a smile, respond professionally, and make people feel at home through clean spaces and friendly vibes.

• Stay organized: Use scheduling tools and team software to manage your time and tasks efficiently.

• Solve and shine: When things don’t go to plan, you stay calm, think critically, and find a solution that works.
