We are looking for a Material Handler for our 2nd shift. This role supports the Molding department to ensure material is available for production. Our Material Handlers assure that material-dryers, loaders and other material handling equipment are available and operational.

Key Tasks

Ensure the timely delivery of packaging and raw materials to maintain continuous operation of equipment

Move production to final audit area

Shop floor reporting (QAD)

Clean dryers and loaders on the machines.

Drain and clean dryers & blenders as needed per their specific cleaning work instructions

Follow Safety/Housekeeping regulations

Other duties as assigned

Clean and set up grinders

Vacuum/ Dryer system setup

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

1+ year experience in material handling, preferably in injection molding or plastics manufacturing

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to plastic fumes and industrial equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using ERP or inventory management system such as QAD

Familiarity with plastic resins (e.g., polypropylene, nylon, POM) and drying requirements

Knowledge of colorant mixing and regrind handling best practices

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
