Tire Press Technician

$18-$23/hr

We’re looking for a Tire Press Technician to join our team who is organized, a good communicator and comfortable working independently!

What You’ll Do: 

• Perform tire pressing for internal and external customer orders
• Communicate with customers to resolve tire needs including writing quotes, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments 
• Maintain tire press equipment (tire press, all press rings, plates, and tools), tire press truck, stock tires, along with the work area at both customer locations and the shop
• Track and communicate job progress, including scheduling updates, time and commission records, and any issues
• Manage tire inventory and keep stock organized
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including inspecting and distributing parts

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to operate all classes of lift trucks
