Love creating content and telling meaningful stories? Join AIM Services this summer to help capture and share the real-life stories of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living, working, and thriving in our community. 

AIM Services is seeking a creative and motivated Summer Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help manage social media, capture authentic content, and support promotion of our summer events and annual campaign. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Interest in marketing, communications, media, or nonprofit work 
• Proficient with social media platforms 
• Basic photography/video skills (smartphone is fine) 
• Strong writing and communication skills 
• Organized, creative, and self-motivated 
• Valid driver’s license preferred (to travel with programs)

Requirements

What You’ll Do 

• Help manage AIM’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) 
• Capture photos and short videos throughout the community with AIM 
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts and reels 
• Highlight the stories of the people AIM supports 
• Assist with promotion of our Croquet Tournament & Garden Party in August 
• Help promote AIM’s annual awareness campaign 
• Track engagement and help grow our online audience 
• Support other communications and marketing projects as needed
