The Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient operations by moving, loading, and organizing materials. This position ensures accurate handling of products, supports order fulfillment, and contributes to a well-organized and productive work environment.


What you'll do:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials within the yard, warehouse, or facility
• Transport materials between storage, staging, and loading areas
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or production
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and quality
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory
• Support drivers, team members, and customers with material handling needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report damaged materials, discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed


What you'll bring:

• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to safely handle and move materials of varying sizes and weights
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong commitment to safety
• Experience in warehouse, yard, or construction-related environments
• Familiarity with building materials or industrial products
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Ability to perform work in indoor and/or outdoor environments
• Comfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operation
• Ability to work extended hours based on business needs
