Adams Multi Media Southern Wisconsin

Want to break into sales without starting from scratch? This is your opportunity to learn directly from top-performing Account Executives and leadership, while building the skills to step into a high-earning sales role.

Adams Multi Media is looking for a high energy, detail-oriented, and driven professional to support our sales team and play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life. You’ll work side-by-side with two successful Multimedia Account Executives and the Vice President of Advertising, gaining real world experience in marketing strategy, client relationships, and revenue generation.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized under pressure, and want a clear path into sales, this role is built for you. This is not a remote or hybrid role. The chosen candidate will work out of either our Lake Mills, Waunakee, or Sun Prairie office.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the engine behind the sales team, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, clients stay informed, and opportunities move forward.

 Design and proof advertisements across print and digital platforms

 Build proposals that support strategic sales efforts

 Maintain and update CRM systems

 Communicate with clients via phone and email

What We’re Looking For

 Highly organized with strong attention to detail

 Able to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

 Tech-savvy (Mac, Excel, Google Workspace; quick to learn new systems)

 Strong communicator—clear, professional, and responsive

 Self-starter who can work independently and take direction

 Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solutions-first attitude

 Previous admin, marketing, or sales support experience is a plus—but not required

Bonus points for experience in advertising, marketing, or design.

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t just an admin role—it’s a launchpad into sales.

 Direct mentorship from top sales performers and senior leaders

 Hands-on exposure to real client strategy and revenue growth

 Clear path to transition into a Multimedia Account Executive role

 Opportunity to develop in-demand marketing and sales skills

What We Offer

 Competitive salary + monthly bonus opportunities
