This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our medical practice, providing exceptional care to our patients in the endocrinology field.



As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with endocrine disorders. This position is perfect for entry-level professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes. 



Responsibilities



  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories
  • Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to create treatment plans
  • Perform routine examinations and necessary procedures
  • Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in patient follow-up and ongoing care
  • Stay current with best practices and advances in endocrinology


Requirements



  • Active NP or PA license in the state of practice
  • Knowledge of endocrine disorders and treatment options
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Flexible Schedule: Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p



No call requirement



Duties: Routine endocrinology patients, follow-ups, possible gestational diabetes patients, and some telehealth coverage possible



EMR: Epic



Must be board-certified
