Primrose School of Liberty is seeking Full-Time reliable, consistent Childcare Teachers to support classrooms serving infants through Pre-K. Compensation & Growth

  • Hourly Pay: Based on experience, education, and credentials
  • Pay rate is determined by assigned shift, availability, and full-time status
  • Consistent weekly hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and school procedures
  • Maintain active supervision and classroom organization
  • Assist with daily routines including diapering, meals, rest time, and transitions
  • Communicate professionally with families and leadership
  • Work collaboratively with team members
Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
  • Strong reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance
  • Ability to follow structure and meet classroom expectations
  • Ability to meet Missouri state licensing requirements
Preferred:

  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood or related field
  • Experience in a Missouri DESE- licensed childcare center
Schedule & Shifts

Monday through Friday (No weekends)
Includes a dedicated 1-hour lunch break for full-time shifts

Full-Time Shifts:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Availability Commitment (Important)

This position requires consistent availability Monday through Friday based on your selected shift.

Shifts are assigned at hire and are not flexible or subject to change.
