What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of an OT 
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence 
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided) 
• Be the best part of someone’s day! 

Visit Expectations 

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30 
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week 

Compensation

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. 

What You'll Need

• Active COTA license
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Some tech comfort—email, texting, tablets (we'll train you up as needed)
