Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

Through Arizona’s DDD program, you may be able to get paid for the care you already provide.We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to become Paid Providers for someone enrolled in the DDD system. Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in Arizona
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you)
• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process.

Start Date:
