Physical Therapist - VNA Home Health Armstrong County

We are offering a $6,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

The home location is Butler, PA with a territory for Home Health of Kittanning, Ford City and surrounding areas - Daylight 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.


Qualifications

Physical Therapist qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred. 
  • One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience working with senior population. 
  • Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication. 
  • Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
