Job Description

Client Administrative Assistant – Tempo Wealth

Location: Independence, OH

Tempo Wealth is a fast-growing, fee-only financial planning firm based in Independence, Ohio. We are seeking a Client Admin Assistant to join our expanding team and play a key role in administration and execution of client workflows.

This position can be hybrid after a training period in the office

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
  • Company-paid health insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Client meeting scheduling, including zoom/teams links and reminders
  • Update client/prospect info across several internal systems and clean up client data as needed
  • Assist with firm mailings and event coordination
  • Track firm prospects and update info about prospects from advisors’ meetings
  • Review and finalize client meeting notes from advisors’ meetings and assign tasks as appropriate from the notes
  • Client meeting follow-up reminders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office admin role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
  • Warm communication with clients
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Problem solving and independent worker – we do not micromanage

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will begin with a 15–30-minute Zoom interview conducted by our external hiring consultant. If selected to proceed, candidates will complete a Career History Form and participate in additional interviews with Tempo Wealth leadership. Finalists may also be asked to complete professional assessments.
