Schedule

Monday–Friday
Typical hours between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Up to 1–2 days per week include a later 5:30 PM end time to supervise Social Skills groups
No weekends

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience and role fit)
10% annual bonus opportunity (paid quarterly)

A Day in the Role

Supervise and support Behavior Therapists
Work within a play-based classroom setting
Conduct assessments and oversee treatment plans
Model strategies during real-time teaching
Review data and monitor student progress
Collaborate with a Senior BCBA, Clinical Director, and full clinical team

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the major treatment methodology, with an emphasis on the Verbal Behavior Model for teaching communication and language skills. Our team of expert clinicians works diligently to create individualized curriculum and teaching procedures that fit each child’s specific learning style. Initial program development is based on assessment, baseline, current information, data analysis, preferences, and learning history. Ongoing evaluation of curriculum and teaching procedures occurs through direct observation, data collection and analysis, and weekly rotation meetings to ensure that all students receive the most effective programming possible. Instruction is provided across a variety of environments and therapists in order to promote generalization of skills from the school environment to home and community settings.
