The Job:

OMG23 | Walt Disney Account | Programmatic

OMG23 is looking for an Analyst, Programmatic to join our media team. In this role, you'll learn the ins and out of programmatic advertising while supporting campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for some of the biggest brands in entertainment. You'll partner with senior team members to ensure campaigns run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and share insights that make future work even better.    

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Management

  • Help set up and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSP’s including DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon
  • Monitor pacing, campaign flights, and budgets 
  • Keep internal documents up-to-date including pacing charts, optimization logs, and trafficking sheets
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate across teams to keep campaigns on track 

Client Team Collaboration 

  • Support day-to-day client communication, and campaign documentation 
  • Stay current on account verticals and industry trends
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to understand tools, data, and platforms

Analytics and Insights

  • Pull reports, track KPI’s, and highlight performance insights 
  • Ensure proper tagging, and trafficking processes are accurate
  • Share learnings to improve future campaigns

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 1+ years in programmatic in the digital media, advertising, strategy, or partnership space 
  • DV360 experience required; The Trade Desk and Amazon a plus
  • Comfortable managing campaigns across display, video and OOH
  • Pro with Excel and data organization
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
  • Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
  • Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range$60,000—$70,500 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
