Position Summary:
The Lead Volunteer is an employee of the Hospital selected to act as a key liaison between Madera Community Hospital and volunteer program. The Lead Volunteer will assist Hospital Volunteers in development of activities. Will provide suggestions in problem resolution. Assures Volunteers perform duties as oriented and trained within Hospital policies and procedures. Will manage the volunteer schedule to ensure smooth operations. Will provide on-site leadership, direction, and support fostering a positive environment.
Prefer clerical, computer, and training skills.
Excellent grammar and communication skills, including coaching skills.
Prefer prior volunteer experience in Hospital setting.
