At Home Care Partners, you’ll provide one-on-one overnight care to seniors in their homes. This is not a facility role—you’ll work independently, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported while building trust and consistency over time.

We’re hiring full-time and part-time caregivers specifically for awake overnight shifts (9 PM – 8 AM) across Lincoln.

What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers
• Document care and communicate updates so we can support each client effectively

What to Expect from Scheduling

We aim to create consistent overnight schedules that align with your availability while ensuring reliable coverage for our clients.

• Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
• Part-Time: 16–29 hours per week
• Primary shift: Awake Overnights (9 PM – 8 AM)
• Weekend availability required (at least 2 per month)

Overnight shifts involve a high level of independence and responsibility, requiring strong attention to safety, consistent reliability, and the ability to stay alert and responsive throughout the shift.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others
