Job Description

Believe & Achieve is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. At Believe & Achieve Speech and Occupational Therapy, we aim to provide holistic and patient-centered care!

Pediatric Speech & OT Clinic | West Monroe / Monroe, LA

What You’ll Do

  1. Welcome and check in patients and families
  2. Answer phones and direct calls
  3. Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
  4. Help manage daily clinic flow (arrivals, late patients, no-shows)
  5. Collect co-pays and provide receipts
  6. Assist with patient paperwork and basic admin tasks
  7. Keep the waiting area clean, calm, and child-friendly

Clinic Support

  1. Monitor and order clinic supplies (office & basic therapy materials)
  2. Keep supply areas organized and stocked
  3. Track purchases and submit receipts to the Practice Operations Manager

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  1. Warm, friendly, and welcoming
  2. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  3. Calm under pressure (afternoons can be busy!)
  4. Reliable and team-focused
  5. Comfortable working with children and families

Pay & Schedule

  1. $14–$18/hour (based on experience and fit)
  2. Monday–Friday
  3. Full-time preferred (afternoons required)

Opportunity for growth into a lead/operations support role over time

Ideal Background (Helpful, Not Required)

  1. Front desk, medical office, or customer service experience
  2. Experience working with children
